Thank you for shopping at The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop online store.
All our gifts can be personalized with Names, Intials, and Dates ect. Most gifts can accommodate multiple lines of engraving.
All items will be engraved EXACTLY as requested including upper and lower case letters. If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, ect.
Please email customer service at info@thelittleengraver.com with any unanswered engraving or personalization questions.
If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before processing your order.
FONT Styles: Some items have Font Styles to choose from, and others do not. When a Font style selection is Not Available for some products, we personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured. You will notice font styles do vary form product to product. This cannot be changed. We can only personalize your gift with the font pictured. Please note, dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007).
Font style selections, (Century, Montype Corsiva, Script, Times New Roman) that are availabe will be used for each line of personalization unless otherwise specified.
Tips for Personalized Engraving
Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, " or ". Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accent marks, umlauts, etc). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards. If you want a product personalized with an S or 'S, please enter it as part of your personalization. (Please refer to the product image and/or sample page of available font types.)
Order Processing and Fulfillment
We will ship all engraved gift orders within 5 to 7 business days after processing order.
NOTE: Changes cannot be made on engraving once the order has been received.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop ships packages from Median MN., and Pensacola FL., via UPS. UPS shipping charges are based on weight of the package, zone of the delivery, and the dimensions of the box it is shipped in (air pkgs only).
Due to the weight and size of several items, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping amount when selecting UPS air shipping. UPS dos not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date no exceptions. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
Any defective or damaged merchancise that is returned to The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop for inspection must be properly packaged. The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop will gladly reimburse return shipment cost of authorized returns. Express shipping cost will not be reimbursed, only ground services will be reimbursed. The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only.
NOTE: If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below:
1. Was the shipping container damaged? If so, you will need to keep the orignal shipping container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
2. You are encouraged to ship your return via a trackable source, as The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.
The Little Engraver~Engraving Shop will not be responsible for any futher damages due to improper return packaging.
